Courtney Cole integrates her New Orleans roots and Nashville influences with the spiritual depth of the Himalayas in her yoga teachings. During her 12 years in Nashville, she earned a music degree from Belmont University and toured the country with country music legends like Miranda Lambert, Kenny Chesney, and many others. Her lifelong fascination with quantum physics and a series of life-changing shifts led her to see the connection between music and yoga more clearly. This realization took her to India, where, under the guidance of Anand Mehrotra at the Sattva Yoga Academy, she earned her RYT 500 and Sattva Himalayan Yoga Master Teacher certification, merging her musical background with the profound wisdom of yoga.
For Courtney, yoga is far more than physical movement; it’s a journey into a profound connection between the self and the universe. It is the integration of wisdom, awareness, and energy, that brings balance and deep awakening. Oregon in June is typically mild and pleasant, with temperatures ranging from the mid-50s to the high-60s. You can expect cool mornings and evenings. It’s generally dry, but the coast can be unpredictable, so layers are your best friend. Be sure to pack a light rain jacket and something cozy for the cooler moments.

No, formal attire is needed! This retreat is all about comfort. Bring cozy, casual clothes you can relax in and move comfortably during yoga, hiking, and beach activities. Be sure to pack layers to stay warm during cooler mornings and evenings, sturdy shoes for hiking, and a lightweight waterproof jacket in case of rain—it’s always a possibility on the Oregon Coast!

It’s best to book your flight as early as possible to secure the best rates and availability. Aim to finalize your plans at least 6-8 weeks before the retreat.

The retreat kicks off at 3 PM on June 5, 2025. Since the drive from the airport takes about 1.5 hours, we recommend scheduling your flight to arrive no later than 12 PM that day. We’re happy to assist in making your arrival as smooth as possible!

Yes, we’ll host a virtual meet-and-greet session before the retreat so you can connect with the other participants and start building relationships.

The $250 deposit is non-refundable. For cancellations made more than 90 days before the retreat start date, a full refund of the retreat cost, excluding the non-refundable deposit, will be issued. For cancellations made between 60 and 89 days before the retreat start date, a 50% refund will be issued. For cancellations made between 30 and 59 days before the retreat start date, a 25% refund will be provided. If a cancellation is made less than 30 days before the retreat start date, no refunds will be provided. However, your retreat ticket may be transferable to another person with the retreat host’s approval.

Yes, we do accept payment plans! To secure your spot, a $250 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be split into two payments, due on March 24th and April 28th. This allows you to pay in installments while ensuring your place at the retreat.
